I often find myself eating some food because I am actually thirsty. Curiously, I have never liked the taste of water and because of a medication I rarely experience the sensation of thirst. What works though is to put about an ounce of unsweetened fruit juice in a glass, then filling the rest with filtered water. Takes care of some of my fruit and gets the water down! Sus

I don't hate the taste of water, I just do not desire to drink it unless I am truly thirsty. We buy natural spring water to drink, but I am getting better. :-)

I have had a difficult time making myself drink the right amount of water per day. I have found the Crystal Light PUREFITNESS drink mix is a good option for flavoring my water without adding a lot of calories or artifical sweetners or flavors. The Kiwi/Strawberry is my favorite!

i love to squeeze fresh lemon in my water. I do also like the new vitamin water zero, although probably limit those to a couple of day in addition to regular water.

I have quit drinking pop, and increased my water intake - don't like the taste of plain water, so I always add a little lime (prefer lime) or lemon juice. I enjoy drinking it that way and it quenches my thirst much better than any other drink options.
