I am on meds myself for thyroid issues. Once this was discovered it gave me a fresh start to look at my health in a better light. I was able to lose quite a bit of weight by eating low fat and writing everything down including my exercise. I started with simple toning exercises in the morning and built on that until I was doing a full 30 minutes. I tried to have at least one excercise for each trouble body part. It works, I added walking then when the weather cooperated. Check with your doctor to make sure you are on the correct dosage of medicaiton.
