Follow these simple steps to start enjoying freshly grilled vegetables:
1. Purchase a grill.
2. Buy fuel for the grill. This could be propane or charcoal depending on the type of grill you bought.
3. Start the grill. If you have a propane grill there is usually a red button on located on the dash. If you have a charcoal grill you will need to purchase charcoal briquettes, lighter fluid, and matches. I reccomend Kingsford charcoal, it burns evenly. Stack the briquettes in a pyrimad shape, generously douse with lighter fluid, strike the match and toss on the grill. Make sure that your face is no where near the grill as the possibility that you could singe your eyebrows is pretty high if you are leaning over the top of it. Also, if you are a bit of a pyromaniac feel free to keep squirting lighter fluid on the lit coals. It makes the grilling experience much more enjoyable.
4. Lightly brush olive oil onto your vegetables and sprinkle them with koser sea salt and cracked black pepper.
5. Place the vegetables on the grill and cook them evenly on both sides.
6. Remove the vegetables from the grill and allow them to cool before you eat them. Trust me, you do not want to burn your tongue on piping hot asparagus. Not only will your urine smell, but you will be forced to deal with a burnt tongue for 3-5 days while the cells regenerate.
